If you have questions about a scarf please contact us prior to ordering so that you can have complete confidence with your order. You will have 7 business days after confirmed delivery to request a refund if you are unhappy with the item. No refunds will be awarded, but yet we will return the item to you if it is marred by makeup or scented with perfume or natural body oils. Contact us immediately to let us know of your concern(s).
Please be sure of your choice. These products are custom collectable items. We package the products using the best choice of packaging materials and methods so as to eliminate almost any possibility of damage in transit.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges and for any damages incurred during the return. Please insure your return with your shipper for full value.
Once the piece you are returning, has arrived safely and with no damages, a credit for the item will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable.
